Puzzle 409: Freestyle 368. Things are looking up.

Last Friday’s freestyle solution

Word count: 70
Mean word length: 5.54

Have something you wanna say? Got a question? Want to do a guest freestyle? Want to collaborate on a freestyle? Want to just say hello? Hit me up by email!

I’m breaking personal conventions all over the place now. Two 6×4 swaths of white squares, which is a lot for me, especially since I could have easily broken them up a bit to make 72 entries. Intersecting 8-stacks with 7-stacks. Dogs lying with cats… shall I go on? You get the metaphor.

Thanks so much to all who’ve left a tip! It’s much appreciated, believe me.

Thanks as always to the test solvers for their input.

As always, share this link! Pass it around! New puzzle on Friday!

  1. Intersecting 28A and 28D certainly counts as convention-breaking in my book.

Some tough vocab here… both 10D and 61A were new to me…

  2. 19A is wrong. ARod wasn’t named in the Mitchell report. His PED scandals came later (first in 2009, and then involved with Biogenesis a few years later).
