Forgive me, faithful Club 72 solvers, for I have sinned. I have given in to the temptation of the low word count. Not that I meant to do it; I was shocked when I counted the entries and came up with 64. I had to triple-check to make sure — it didn’t seem that wide-open when I was constructing it. It may have something to do with the two 13-letter down entries intersecting the staggered 12/13/12 stack in the middle that just happened to work. It’s not often that a long seed entry is a proper name — much less a movie. The last movie I saw in the theater was The King’s Speech… before that, it was probably Into the Wild. I haven’t, for the record, even seen the movie at 37-Across.
