Not often in my crossword endeavors anymore do I try to do something just to see if I can do it. If I fail, then I don’t give myself very much time to do something else, and I’d be forced to throw something together quickly. I don’t want to “throw anything together” for you people, believe me. But I took a little chance here, and tried to see if I could pull off a staggered stack across the middle intersecting a staggered stack down the middle. I didn’t think this would be easy. But I did it and I appreciated the challenge.
