I don’t know if you’ll believe me, or even think less of me as an indie constructor (kidding), but the seed entry for the upper right stack was not 10-Down… it was actually 11-Down. It was just a very, very fortunate discovery that 10-Down stacked well enough with 11-Down that I could construct that corner. For reasons that you might or might not understand if you know my style (I won’t get too specific… spoilers and all that), the ultimate first seed was actually at 25-Down.
Thanks so much to all who’ve left a tip! It’s much appreciated, believe me.
As always, share this link! Pass it around! New puzzle on Tuesday!
Yowza. I’ve gotta read my sources more carefully. I fixed it. Thanks very much for the tip and for the catch!

Oops! RADIUS = DIAMETER & DIAMETER=LENGTH.
Sorry ’bout that!

Wjat a crunchy puzzle! I put topseed in 19A early on. As a result the NW corner took me a while. 11D was easy but 10D was a delight to learn. I ended with the M in 54A. GOODNESS ME!
Nitpicking? 14A (if we are indeed talking about dry cell batteries) – I just measured a C-cell and found RADIUS 1.001 and DIAMETER 1.829. Change “-long” to “-thick” in the clue.
4.99 stars. Tip time!
